How to Remove some PM in In or Sent folders

May I know how can I delete some PM in either the In or Sent folders?

I can't find any Delete or Trash Can icon in the menu.

When viewing your PM folder, scroll to the bottom and look for this dropdown menu 'Selected Messages':

I have cleared all PM in the Sent folders to free the space.

Received notice from Admin to clear PM space. But when I asked for help no reply.
