How to extract the video in Panasonic TZ7

Hi Everyone

I have a Panasonic TZ7. Anyone know how I can copy the video from the camera to my mac? It seems that the software given dont support mac OS.

you can either copy out the MTS files or use iMovie on Mac.

This is my's wife camera. I sold my dslr. Problem is my wife lost e manual n also she don't know. Lol
