Since photographers come in big and small sizes, the bags usually come with excessively long straps that need to be tidied up or they'll be dangling all over the place. I think most photographers who have been through army know the 'black tape method' but just curious if anyone has other creative solutions as to how to tidy up their dangling straps?

I use the SAF solution.
Black rubber bands.
I cycle, so I've loads of punctured tires which I cut up for this purpose.
Otherwise, you can get them from the local bike shop since its junk to them anyway.
