High ISO pp treatment?

hihi here goes my newB question

i'm using my kit lens from my olyE410 which performs rather badly indoors/ lowlight.. i dont have a decent flash other than the camera build in (at least for now till i have the money).. when shooting indoors i`m forced to go up to ISO 400 or even 800 with my apeture already wide open.. is there any good postprocessing treatment (in photoshop or other software) to make the pictures less grainy/ noisy.. i`m afraid the pictures i take at high ISO will look horrible when enlarged and printed out..

or you can try photoshop
filter->noise->despeckle

 

[machiavellian]

take multiple images in the powers of 2 : 2, 4, 8, 16, 32

stack all the same images at 50% opacity each...
