I had a long chat with this kid. He had admitted his wrong doings and had promised not to do it again. Furthermore he had shown improvement from the previous B&S incidents that he had never repeated those pranks again. Let's give him another last chance. He is still a kid; hopefully he could learn from all these lessons and evolve to be a better man.

Let's close this case and move on.
