Hewlett Packard Banner

Is it just me or is the banner really annoying? Whenever I try to click PM or any link or menu on the top-right-hand side, the HP banner suddenly expand and I accidentally click the fish instead... or have to look for the orange x to clear.

Edit your hosts file to point the host URL of the banner to 127.0.0.1

This will route all requests to your local PC which it can't find then it won't load the banner.

eg:

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

127.0.0.1 ad.sg.doubleclick.net
127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/
