Help on vehicle loans, where to get a better deal?

I'm planning to get a 2nd hand commercial vehicle, and I have my own sole-propietor business under my name. However I only registered the business for less than 2 months, is there any where in Singapore I could get a loan?

Also, as it's a 2nd hand commercial vehicle, the mileage is around 30,000km.. Just based on the figures, is it still reliable?
