Help! i dont want to lose my data

i took some precious pics for my coy project.
i d/l the raw n jpeg onto my pc but i cant view them from my canon DPP.
i tried to reload but i was told to reformat my CF card which i was told all my data will be
gone. i put back into my 5dmk2 and it says i need to reformat the card too.

what should i do to read my photos w/o losing my data?

Likelihood your computer is infected with virus. There are many who encounter CF card not being able to read suddenly. If the CF card has been read from Windows machine, it is probably infected.

Make sure you are scanning with latest definition. Whether cleaning the virus fix the problem... I am not sure.

think you need to do a data recovery on the card.
