i know that in capture one, you can use the pointer to choose any point in the photo for a white balance to be applied in that photo (as well as other batch photos)

can you do this in breezebrowser too?

Yes, in the Convert Dialog you can click on a white point, and select an option to apply to "all". I still prefer the C1 way of doing it, which lets you select groups of photos and apply various settings to them.
