Keeping promises - big or small. Everything else is secondary.

It takes years to find out the true character of a person
and to take someone whom you do not know to go into
a business relationship is scary.

Here are some of my thoughts, you can add on more...

1. Find someone who is able to response to demands of
customers, suppliers, regulators and other partners.

2. Someone who could concentrate or focused deeply on
building and maintaining alliances and networks.

3. Someone who could design business processes that
could constantly enhance business relationships within
the flexibility of the systems and infrastructure.
