Hi all,
Hope to get some opinions here. I have a few cameras in my mind.
Have read some reviews about them. Each has it plus and minus points.
I would really like to own a DSLR in the future, but the price is too steep &
too inconvenient to carry it around for now. Compact camera is not
in my consideration list, coz they lack some manual features, that I really
like. E.g feature like at least 10X optical zoom, and to play with
shutter speed and aperture. So I decided, I might get something in between.
Some flexibility of a DSLR, yet small enough to be carried around to shoot anytime.
The main use of my camera will be for events, fireworks, portrait, scenery &
family photos. Occasionally, some macro shots.
My Consideration list
1) Canon Powershot S1 IS
2) Nikon Coolpix 4800
3) Olympus C-770
4) Panasonic Lumix FZ3
5) Minolta Dimage Z3 or Z5
Feel free to give me some opinions, since many guys of you here
have many experiences with cameras and your words will definitely
benefit me in making a choice of my next camera.
Thanks.
