'Drawing' tools on MacBook

Hi all I am looking for a Mac app that can draw/edit pictures? cause I wanna draw some frames and stuff like that on my photos.

understand that GIMP is not bad?

If you are running Snow Leopard 10.6.6, you can go to the App Store and download Autodesk SketchBook free version. Very easy to use. Hope that helps. Cheers!
