I eat a hell lot when I am depressed. Because I really have a weakness for sweet food, I can eat junk food like nobody's business and skip my proper meals.
There was this time when I quarrelled with one of my best girlfriends over some petty matters (now to think back). I was so pissed about this matter, I ate 2 boxes of fererro rocher chocolates, a tub of Swensen's ice-cream, a bottle of potatoe chips and god knows how much candy within 12 hours after our quarrel. But I couldn't eat anything for the next 4 days because I think there's too much sugar in my body after all that junk, I puked like hell until I felt my guts were all twisted inside.
Hmmm... Let me see.... I eat when I am happy, I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am stressed... Depress..... I don't think so. I think depress and sick... I tend to lose appetite, so I would lose weight.... Oh... Not forget, very busy running around with stuff... I tend not to eat then....
Now... trying to lose weight due to overeating... ;p
