CS3 cannont read Canon' raw CR2 file

continued thread.

After i had saved the Raw plug into CS3 plug...
CS3 open the Raw CR2 file...using the Canon software, so the editing mode is using the Canon Software...once you close the tab' canon software....its goes back to CS3...

question is why CS3 cannot open and edit CR2 file ?
