we need another 1 player.

what will happen to the team if the team gaffer doesn't set up the team before matches or doesn't log in for one to two weeks.

he will lose out in sponsorship $$. the faster u take part the faster u get the $$, so u can train ur players. hehe

he will also lose out in youth talents (need to log in regularly to boost ur chance)

his team will retain the same formation but tactics wise will change to the Default settings that he may have set.

but if got injured players then LL la. might see that his team lack of 1 player goin into the next game n that will be an auto walk over
