Wow! Thank you :)

Cool!! :)

What I'm interested though is whether they have fixed the problem of the new (not update) installation of NX. On some Vista machines, NX would not install if you did not have .Net 1.1 installed; the problem is that Vista would not always allow the installation of .Net 1.1. :dunno:

still need command pro?

Command Pro different program altogether.

Tried to download the 1.2 updater for mac but I cannot seem to run it. Anyone else with this problem? I had similar problems with 1.1 as well so I ended up still with ver 1.01..:(

Successfully downloaded Nikon CaptureNX 1.2.0 last night after seeing this thread.

During installation, I discovered that Nikon CaptureNX 1.2.0 needs .NET 2.0 framework, instead of .NET 1.1 framework used in Nikon CaptureNX 1.0.0 to 1.1.0.

During installation, I was asked to re-enter my software serial number and during installation, IIRC, I saw the serial number being verified before Nikon Capture 1.2.0 starts to operates.

My intial impression is more responsive interface and faster image loading as mentioned in updating history. I see a faster speed in file saving in both NEF and JPEG file formats.:)
