It's pretty nice pictures there. Are you using Macro Lens for these shots?
Bro, they're everywhere! I think the beauty of macro is that there is virtually an unlimited supply of subjects to shoot.
Yup. Dedicated macro lens. Sometimes with additional macro adaptor for greater than 1:1 magnification. These are just scaled down pictures. The bigger pictures are in my threads.

You mean signature in forum or signature in photos?:dunno:
If photos, I'm trying to get to smaller fonts, my older images have big fonts as I'm pretty new to the photo software.
If forum signature, how was it distracting?
Please enlighten as I'm still learning.

If you are referring to the font size in some photos, I agree that some of my photos have blown up fonts as I'm not sure why same font size could result differently in different software, i.e. CS3 vs Canon ZoomBrower vs Paint.net.
If otherwise, please do advice how I should improve it.

Just got my 450D last week.

Time to get a CPL to prevent blown out skies.
Try post-process a bit to make it more contrasting.
Anyway, congrats on your new buy.
it depends on where user points his CPL at too. it might not work on every situation.
I had a Raynox one for my S5IS.
but it's 52mm.
Didn't plan that far ahead at that time.

Shot this at Admiralty Park. Anyone knows what bird is this?
By the way, it's pretty quiet here nowadays isn't it? Where have all the 450D shooters gone to?
