APS-C to Full Frame

I believe many serious enthusiasts will be going to buy the new full frame cameras from nikon, canon and sony. Are there any significant changes going from aps-c sensor to full frame sensor? I read mostly is that there will be more vignetting and a shallower depth of field. Weight of course will be heavier as well and no crop factor. Other than that any things need to take note of that will change shooting habits? Hope the people who have made the transition to full frame can advise.
