Is it the kind that there is no salary, and one must meet a trade sales quota, otherwise will pay penalty money BACK to the company?

so far, there is quite a decent basic pay. so dun think it is a bucket shop

long long time ago, 1 of my friend's friend kenda this..

some company insist the the trader must find their own customer and had a target to meet.
If that mth , they target trading is not meet, they will not able to get their $$.....

Normally the manager or their senior, will help to give advice... like... u play with ur own money.... very easy one... then u put more and more......

that's how she lost 20K within 1 mth...
