you can try goin to www.airliners.net to view the high standard airliners pictures.
First photo; cropped too much, lost too much details due to heat haze.
Second and third, fourth and fifth, nothing much intresting about them.
Basically if you are not into aviation, all the photos you can get in changi airport are boring shots, unless you hapen to get a super rare a/c or an air accident.

Not a aviation photographer but "looking into" your photos , i would say it can be better . The 4th one the dark corners on the top left can be avoided and i think will look better .

No one is born expert and pro , its only tru determination and willingness to learn and accept failure and to know what u are bad at then u can progress on to a higher level . :)

Agree. Pics taken of planes from inside the airport are very limited and uninteresting. Best is of course can take when u're on the runway.

Thank for all comments ;)

check out my gallery below in my sig for some of my better pics. i suggest u setup at airport road alongside the runway with the longest lens u hav.

So....are you Andrew Hunt, Bailey or Damein Chng? :dunno: Cos I searched around and found this link in A.net : http://www.airliners.net/usephotos/ and this : http://www.airliners.net/faq/:

"....at least 1000x667 pixels or bigger.."

while I noticed that your 'excellent' pix are only a paltry 800 pixels wide at most. I don't think that it is able to blow up from 800 to 1024 or 1600 pixels wide and still retain such high quality to be accepted into A.net? :D

You are sure a very busy person, able to be at the cockpit, perimeter, viewing mall and at CS all the while! ;)

Roti....your aircraft gallery is very impressive indeed. By the way if you don't already know, I think the people at www.airliners.net have plagiarized some of your photos. I don't think this is right and it really undermines the fantastic work you have been doing. You should seek legal advise and claim compensation. You can also teach the photographers ar airliners a thing or too. Keep going dude!!!

sorry...i think he plagarized the photos from a.net.
Photos submitted for a.net must be at least 1000x667 pixels or bigger. So if those who submitted them on a.net, they blew up and pixelated the photos?:dunno:
I think him stealing other;s photos without permission is not impressive at all.
And this guy undermines the fantastic works that other have been doing.
I sould seek legal advice and get him to compensate me.
STOP PLAGARIZING DUDE!!!

Yeah...the pics are so exactly the same as the originals.

Above every pic it stated: This photo is copyright protected and may not be used in any way without proper permission.

Roti Prata,

:nono: You better remove the pictures immediately. And better start engaging a lawyer to negotiate a settlement when you hear from some of rightful owners of the photos. Mata lai liao! ;)

bro, ya screwed dude..... totally not cool...

vkid. i too recently shot some pics for an airline. not too fantistic either. perhaps the timing. i only had clearance to shoot from the apron from 11am to 4pm. and tats the worse time to shoot. very harsh lighting with lots of heat haze. the pics were just ok, wasn't v please with the results though. in terms of timing, i think 8 to 10am will b ideal. if u r shooting lots of take off and landings, use a monopod for better support with a tele lens.

Woah... Advise from the many in here not to be ignored. Remove those pics before you get into trouble. I mean it, as a friendly reminder...

Anyway, back on topic. Just a general tip for those who want to shoot at the airport. Morning and evening are the best times to shoot. High noon is an absolute no no unless you really can't help it.

It's copyrighted materials, remove it ASAP before it's found out by the authorities.
