She didn't mean you have to shoot after dark. You still can shoot BEFORE THE DARKNESS FALLS. Just choose a different spot that's all, right?

I used to spend my spare time and hang around that area during weekend usually morning.
This year we have dolphine lantern on the bridge which is a better setup than last few years.
I remember that 2 or 3 years back they ignored the bridge (without any light up and in total darkness)
For close-up shots of dolphine lantern, I have chosen a few angles and captured it in nearer distance (day and night).
