7D6N Myanmar Discovery Photography Tour (Part 3)

:bsmilie: Trust a Navy chap to come up with sonar theory :bsmilie:

i dun specialise in sonar, so what i said/wrote was humtum one :bsmilie::bsmilie:

Great portraits. Now we know long neck women/girls can be sweet & pretty too.

oh, they all started young and pretty but guess the burdens of 'long' neck wear them down over the years...that is clearly seen in the eyes of the more elderly ones :(

Like this too. The hue makes it quite atmospheric.

tks :)

What lovely clouds, Divinemoment!

How did you get the sky .. we were all there .. champion

Wow, Divinemoment, you managed to get three boats together, which Mrs.Reservoir888 wanted to but failed. Nice sky and ray!:thumbsup:

How about the three pieces of lotus leaf? Are they orighinal or after PS/PP? Balance out the picture, well, from my humble view:think:

The sky was pp to exaggerate lah. Filter>distort>pinch and voila, the boatmen became small and sky become vast.

As I wanted to retain the mood of the sky, I don't mind to lessen the focal point of the main subject but added the lotus leaves for interest. Maybe fighting for attention. So FreeEasy - that answer your question. Not everytime divine lah.

Has anyone noticed there has been a subtle change to limwhow's signature. There is a Canon word in bright red added. haha.

it has been there at least since the start of this series of travelogue :)

I want that remote control...this way, i can control the bird to fly near near and i can shoot sharp sharp bird eyes with my 12-24 UWA also :) Creative title to a nice photo :)

Like this. Color treatment and sparkling water gives a feeling of crispiness.

Thank you.

Parting Shot

Like what Kernik has done at the Shwe Yan Pyay Temple.
And like what Daoyin and Chempaka did when they strayed away to shoot the bridge.
And like what SK1968 did at the Sunflower Field.
Sometimes the best sights are behind the scene shots.
One just needs to take a little bit of walk.

Erm... don't flame me please.

nicely done.

Daoyin, wah you are terrible lah!
It has been as Red and as Bold as can be... The Boldness may have transiently diminished in intensity for a fleeting moment, but the Redness has never been anything less!
HAhaha... You are an observant, observant Historian!

(See my New Signature)

So fast join the white gang.
If Cecil, Mr and Mrs Reservoir88, Summerling, SereneXMM and myself work REALLY hard to come out with more pictures like this:

[Cecil, what lovely Pano this is! You must be singing your harmony joyfully while shooting it!]

[Reservoir88 - this is a BEAUTIFUL picture you have got there!]

... then I am sure SK1968 may give the real, pure, WHITE side a go for his money!

daoyin, i am not using rice cooker...:) i use walkman, remember ?

white walkman, not the white printer

SK1968 - you and Divinemoment really have a way of metaphorically referring to your pieces of metal and plastic for shooting pictures! HAhaha...
Now then I know that I have all these while, shooting pictures of birds and people and land with a helluva big white chunk of Printer!
Wahahahahaha...!

Great portraits. Now we know long neck women/girls can be sweet & pretty too.

Why, thank you so much reservoir88 and chempaka!
But like I said to LowLights, I am false tarzan. Not the real tarzan like the pro-shooters many of you guys in the team are.

haha, it is ok, big white chunk of Printer is not as bad as mine...mine happened to be a photocopier before becoming a more fashionable walkman :)

finally, after all that seagull wars....my little contribution...not because u can see the sharp sharp eyes, not because of the blue skies, not because of the golden glow on their bellies or wings..but because it is foggy...haha..ok, let's imagine they are a loving couple (read that seagulls mate for life..dunno true or not but assume they do)...taking a lomantic stroll (or flight) in the chilly morning...haha

Haha... divinemoment, thank you!
I am sure you would remember that precise moment when this happened, for you were there watching the whole event unfolds, standing at the side.
Our good Chief Gapman was so glad that he got back his luggage... no less glad than HahaTan who managed to secure the return of his phone.
... and all these through sheer Burmese ingenuity and perseverance by none other than our good U Ko Ko Aye.

Now, as LowLights was saying on that fateful day:
"The best is our this kind of Dead Body luggage wrapped in Cargo bags.
So heavy and so hard to carry. Even if people want to.. ahem, grab them,
they would also think twice because it is firstly so obvious from a distance afar
and secondly it would be too unwieldly to carry..."
... what wise words that came out of his mouth that day! ;)
