300D build-in flash pop-up problem

Hi, there:

My Canon 300D build-in flash sometimes cannot fully pop up (sometime, it pop-up half way and stop), it may generate an error msg and I have to power on/off the camera. Any body has similar issue ? Any solution ?

Sounds like you have a problem with the spring mechanism, though it could be something else. Probably needs some repairs/replacement.

Was the flash blocked by something during ur shoot. I noe sometimes wen i'm wearin a cap, tat occurs.

But if not, then maybe u need to send for servicing liao.
