Just a suggestion, everytime I go browsing for m4/3, due to the fact olympus has its own section and panasonic does not have a section, I find myself browsing through both "others" and "olympus".

although to each its own, many will tell you that the 45mm f1.8 is one of the best portrait AF lenses you can own (due to its sharpness)... read the reviews you will get the same consensus... also for its price it's a pretty decent deal...
rramesh is right, there are many manual focus lenses...
to me the EVF is a convenient accessory to help with my habit of shooting from the eye... also helps with a bit of stabalization in situations which call for it... that's why I love the G3's flexibility
I like the MF assist which allows you to pick a point and enlarge only that square box...
