To be fair, if many men like demure girls, some girls would want an obedient bf. Then again, in this world, there is no henpecked men, just men who respects their lady. Of course, everyone has limit, none of the comments brought up this point: taking respect for granted. The next episode will be this guy turning into a bad bf. Some bad guys started nice, but got turned nasty. Just because someone is willing to go so far for you, doesn't mean you necessarily need to let the person go that far. Just my views.

Lucky you. Treasure your wife. as for friends, i don't really trust what i see or hear. I always believe you won't know what goes on in between the couple. Some will look damn nice but behind the friends...piak! One tight slap on his face.

One thing i cant stand, is people who slap their other half no matter which gender.

I've always said that as well. Theseare very useful skills as well. We talk so much about doing CIP to learn not to take things for granted. But the best lesson is probably learned during NS.

Agreed. You would realise the older generation women saying that but rarely so among the younger ones. Another thing is, i felt nowadays, ladies are thinking a lot. When they have someone who treat them well, they will question how to know who is true love and etc. I know guys do that as well. But when both does it, spells trouble.

Of course this video is just a show and it has over blown the situation. However, I do agree that Singaporean as a whole are not that appreciative of their partners and environment. We took things for granted.

This could be due to the way we live. Always about material gain and $. We don't have life and we strive to earn more $ to pay for something that we didn't have time to enjoy. Maybe out there, many save $ to buy the best camera body and lens but never get a chance to use them as often too. I have only weekends and holidays, if the weekend is preoccupied with some family or other matters, then I skip.

So, there is only 52 weekends a year. we don't have winter or summer breaks. Most leave home before 7 am and only get back after 8 pm. Weekdays are for working only. That is why now our government want to help and give us back work life balance we used to have in the 50-70s. everyone must go home by 5 pm sharp, hurray!
