Anyway, some have suspected I keep more than one copy of each type of lens sometimes. That's because I do lens test to see sample variations.

Here are some of the Canon 50mm f/1.5 LTM lens. One of the best in my opinion. But sadly, not of pedigree heritage and hence often overlooked.

Today, I'm tidying up the 50mm focal lengths. Lelong ah!!!? Dream on! :bsmilie:

Cheers,

Wah.... Lelong la... I want

Gommy, iPhone lens not wide enough. He needs to use a 12mm with a full frame body to capture half of his 50 sonnar.

Cheers,

Are you trying to construct a 1000mm lens glued together? How on earth did you manage to acquire 20 chrome 50/1.5s?!

I think we really are the refined class lei...no brand wars here...canon n nikon we all love..haha

here's a long time love of mine, in near mint condition, if not for the bent aperture lever..

(notice the RF patch, it really helps the super dim RF of the XA..)

Me gear not so expensive like the sifus here.. i can only afford $100 cameras..
Hhhmm, no wonder Canon RF is quite expensive, someone here has half of the world's supply..
I think if Benny sell off all of his Canon gears, the price of them would be much more affordable..

no wonder its so hard to find now hahha,

Easy.. Try eBay. Always have.

Shipping all to Japan?

Yup. Bring them home.

Wah.... Lelong la... I want

That's what they all say, till they see the condition. Sigh.. not all are good. No competent techs locally that can do decent lens restoration. So I'm having them done in Japan.

Wah, when I ready to use rf, I will pm you to see what you have for lelong first :D

I would highly recommend you start with the Canon 50mm f/1.7 LTM. Best bang for the buck.

So my guess is right....at least 20 copies of Canon 50f1.5!
I didn't know that my Canon50f1.5 had such an impact on you....hahahaha

So now everyone knows. GOMMY! IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!!!! Before I knew you I don't have a single Canon lens. Now.........

By the way, are you selling your Canon 50mm f/1.5 LTM? I want! It's the best sample I have seen so far and I have seen plenty. What you see here is only half a tray.... :D

Cheers,

Oh please. Pot calling kettle black. Don't get me started about your stash.

How I wish, but Japanese RF is really not profitable, especially vintage stuff.

Now i know where all the Canon 50/1.5 gone to.

If Loke is not playing, we all have a chance.

Truly amazing sight!
Haha...U can control de market prices with a bit more!!

There is at least 22,000 copies produced, so I think it will take a lot more than 50 lenses to have any impact on the market.

I didn't this shot!! *Gulp*

No you didn't. You go play with your new toy. You Canon 50mm f/1.5 LTM should be on the way soon.....

****! I should have tikam take one box from your place just now! hahahahahahaha!

If you can lift it you can take it. Ha Ha!! One tray alone is more than 15 kg. Imagine one box...

Are you trying to construct a 1000mm lens glued together? How on earth did you manage to acquire 20 chrome 50/1.5s?!

Not a bad idea! But I think the Canon 1000mm LTM is slightly cheaper. But hell of a hassle to use. The reason why I have so many is because there are many sellers that don't describe the lens honestly. "Slight cleaning required" usually means beyond hope. "Minor user marks" can sometimes means barrel has dents and dings. "Sold as is" is best avoided. After the lessons, I've learnt that good copies are usually not cheap. Cheap copies are usually not good. You can get lucky sometimes, but I haven't been.

I think we really are the refined class lei...no brand wars here...canon n nikon we all love..haha

We love Japanese RF!!! Actually, I just love gear. Period.

It's not the price of gears. Most of my stuff can't even add up to a Noctilux. You can set up a complete Canon set with all focal lengths from 19mm to 135mm in various aperture and with change to spare if you have the budget for the new Noct. Cheap. Cheap.

And given the numerous quantities on the market, prices have been a lot more stable for these cheapy stuff.

Cheers,

Nice! Maybe I get to fondle it before it goes to Korea? I'm tempted to start Nikkor but logic tells me enough...
