Aiya. I would say, get the brandless 25mm f1.4 and a RJ c to nex from chiif for $80. Slr magic is another alternative. In fact slr magic more expensive compared to other brandless CCTV lens. Do a search in eBay to get good deals.

But u say got dust and hair leh haha

Actually doesn't affect IQ at all. Quite ok leh. Worth trying. Believe me.

Or maybe the more expensive pentax 25mm f1.4. Owned the pentax and brandless CCTV lens before. Both got different style of effect. I go search for the pictures. Maybe can post and u guys decide which is better.

Dunno yet . Maybe Sony is working on software patch for that we ll see

Honestly all these talks are just speculations. Many is just second guessing that af on adapters will work after patches, that will only work for alpha lens with ssm.

I will think that we shouldn't put too much hope for that la . Just hope they come out with e mount lens line up ;p

Chances are yes, but only if the lenses are SSM (like the new Sigma or Tamron lenses).

I received my CCTV lens today! Just did a quick test, the build is solid and there is no hair or dust inside. :bsmilie:
The bokeh at f1.7 is nice!

All photos were taken by NEX-5 with the CCTV lens except the last photo NEX + CCTV. All the photos were resize only.
