Hey all just wondering what settings do your use for night shots. what iso, shutter speed and mode were you using because i am starting to learn to take night shots. thanks guys.

That depends on what you shoot. If you shoot landscape, then get a tripod! It's a MUST to have tripod. Unless you want noisy pictures. Then set your iso to 100? Then F5.6 or 6.3 which is what i normally use.

But if you shoot people, then get external flash! HAHA

If learning night photography is as easy as knowing just what setting for your ISO, Speed or aperture then people would not be writing tons of books on this and paving the streets to practice practice practice.

You need to understand some basics before you can even understand any setting anyone here has to offer.

Use the SEARCH in CS. There are already tons of links and forum starts and dedicated to just this topic. This are just one of tens of dozen I found just by one search.
