Yeah ... getting a new phone is not the problem even though I'm not one to buy phones for the sake of buying, but I don't know if the svc ctr can retreive all my contacts stored in the phone memory.

how about shooting the ndp final rehersal this saturday? meet at cityhall mrt 5:30pm, towards the city link mall?

my plan is to shoot the fly pass, than slowly walk over to the open space beside the ntuc buliding to shoot fireworks. than go lau pasat for supper.

Wahhh... great minds think alike! I was thinking of doing that too... but not sure if this sat is final rehearsal leh... not the preview meh?

use my tripod lor. the last time i used the railing to shoot the rehearsal fireworks cause my friend was using mine. anyway, dont have my cable release so cant use black card, so tripod becomes no so important. thought u have a tripod?

Yeah ... still got the good ol 10D. U wanna use? I have a radio remote shutter release for it so you can do your black card thing. I also have several tripods you guys can use.
