Good to see some level headed evaluation here. I was thinking the same thing. To accuse someone was rape is a very very serious matter....even if it is in CS.

I read the TS posting a few times and it does not make sense in some areas and you highligthed two that does not sound like any normal level headed girl (even if soft hearted) would be so gullible to still meet with a guy like that after all those lewd remarks..etc.

I hope the TS has something to back up his claim....putting this story up here can help him to help us all avoid this beast or it could also buried the TS if this is found to be some prank or a practice in slandering someone just to get even for someother matters and nothing to do with victim or rape.

I have same level of doubts like you. But then again when you read similar stuff in the news paper. We can go to say" What were you thinking girl?" Sadly it does happen to girls that not street smart. I DO support you that the TS should back up his claim and show us the police report? So we have a more detail idea that this did happen.

This is a very strong insinuation and it deserves a proper report to the police, as rape is a very serious offence in Singapore.
You must act fast and get the police to go to the house and get discriminating evidences such as images of your friend in a state of drunk, and maybe others.
A rotten apple will spoil the whole basket of nice photographers here... :think:

For such private (nude) shoots, it is to always wise bring a friend or two along.

As long as it's not the Investigating Officer who blabber about the case. There is no offense.

As for the victim (The Lady), She should report to the police and let the Police do the investigation.

I agree that a person should be deemed innocent until proven guilty. However, accusing the TS of framing is also a serious matter and not to be something to joke about.:nono: Both parties have their reputation at stake here.

with the technology getting better n better everyday, equipment geting cheaper n cheaper everyday, many pple can simply get a DSLR n call themselves 'professional photographer'. but how professional r they?

a couple of mths back, a fren of mine wanted to do a gothic TFCD shoot. but as i'm not gd in portraits shoot so i told her bout this forum, n being helpful, help her to source of other better 'professionals' to help her fulfill her wish. so i did a post in 'Service offered/wanted' section n many did responsed.

i did passed her contact (with her permission of cos) to a few of them to let them contact her themselves so to arrange for her own TFCD. so they did.

and she met up with one of them to do the shoot, which she didnt find it very nice. n that guy kept smsing her n ask her out for other shoots like lingerie n even nude shoots. my frens starts to get annoyed by this fella as he seems to be getting bolder n bolder with his request, and some of his sms contained lewd hints asking my fren for sexual service stuffs.
well, i told my fren i will expose him here n make him to leave her alone, but as my fren is soft-hearted ger, she say forget it n as long he he dun send her all those lewd msg n she will forget bout the whole matters.

after a couple of weeks later, i received a sms from my fren yesterday. she was raped by that ******* oredi.
this is just her account of story.
he invited her for a nude shoot, telling her that got other female models there as well. so she being curious agree to go to the studio n see that realli got another female ang moh model doing the shoot and a few other photographers as well. but after some time, all the others left the place, n that guy wanted to do a nude shoot for her, but as she decline, the guy brought out many many alcohol for her to drink. i dunno y she so stupid go n drink, but then she could hold her liquor quite well one. she say she passed out after the drink, n when she wake up, she was raped oredi. so i guess she was drugged?

talk bout professionalism. taking pretext of shooting for models turn out to haf sex with them??? :angry: just because they may be openminded n dare to do such shoots doesnt mean they will wanna haf sex with him! n worse thing, dunno how many girls' nude photos haf been taken while they r unconsious. i wonder how many young gers haf fallen for such tricks by such pple in here! n i blamed myself for coming here to source for photographers for her. based on her acc of story i cant say much, but she had made a police report today, n i guess the authorities shld be checking here soon. this is just to warn the rest of the other girls that there r such pple lurking ard in here!

Because rape, or any sexual crime is particularly henious, and it is a very generous public service that a few people in life actually have the guts to stand up and talk about it, or at least warn others.

It is exactly the 'embarassment', 'pai seh loose face', 'cannot face society, better not talk about it' attitude that instills shame, fear and dread into rape or sexual crime victims' minds, and prevent them, often, from even making a police report!

in my own private messages, i still haf records of those that maill me asking bout the TFCD shoots i posted for her a while ago. i dunno y izzit gone. just now i wanted to stated that in my thread but nv.
anyway a few points to clarified.

its my fren who ask me to post here n warn others.

like i mention in my starting post, its my fren's side of the story. but she had made a police report oredi, so most prob real or not we will soon find out.
