Creative Zen Vision M

Hey Guys,
recently bought a Creative Zen Vision M. After the intial 8 hrs charge, i begin to switch it on but, after some time it start to shut down on its own. :dunno: It happen a few times throughout the day. Anybody got any idea why and how i should do about it?

did you program it to shut down after 5 mins or so without activity?
are you playing songs or videos with it ?
under system -> player settings -> idle shutdown
you can set it to shut down after X minutes of non-activity.

No I was still playing music at that time when it start shutting down.

Update firmware. Usually works.
Still don't work, call Creative hotline.
If still don't work, then repair loh. Still under warranty right, just a hassle to go to Jurong East.

am using zvw, never encounter so far
might want to update the firmware, if it ain't any better ...send for servicing
