XT3 video not able to playback on my laptop

Hi all bros & sis,

I have just bought my first Fujifilm camera (XT3).
I have recorded a few videos with it and found that it is not possible to play them on my laptop.
Anyone can help?

Your description of problem is not specific to answer.
1. Is sd card inserted via card reader to laptop?
2. If laptop is windows 10 it should play via mediaplayer
But may be slow. It may prompt to download compatible video codec.
3. It also depends on how fast/powerful laptop processor is.

Hi senior,

Ya, my description is kinda not specific...
I tried to play on Windows Media Player and only sound can be heard.
The images does not appear.

As my laptop does not have the media player, I have downloaded the player and now it is working fine.
