The legs are not restricted by any preset angles and can independently be locked at ANY angle to match the terrain. Collar/Column is also fully adjustable / rotatable to achieve desired set-up. See photos / reviews below for the crazy angles you can achieve with this tripod.
Item is well-looked after and in very good condition. Comes with additional padded carrying case which I bought separately. No ball head included.
