at 1st i thought world smallest drill bit... smallest i think i saw dunno how many microns... .0xxmm needs a super powerful motor thou... RPM frenzy...

might as well put a brush there...

in surgery commonly seen is dremel lookalike type that can be sterilised... this kind just lack the accuracy needed.

well, maybe for those 1:10 models to use better...
