What a close call for Brazil, game ended 1-1 after extra time but they won by penalty kicks and OMG it came down to the last 2 kicks. Neymar scored but the Chilean kick hit the pole and went out. If Brazil gone out, cannot imagine how millions of Brazilians will react. At the expense of Chile again lost to Brazil and booted out. Chile was so close to knocking Brazil out, at 2nd extra time, they hit the pole and it did not go in. Final kick of the game, Chilean hit the pole again did not go in. Its fated, someone up there did not want Brazil to lose. Hope it is a waking up call for the Brazilian team, its players did not play well, were not sharp and lack confidence in goal scoring, except for Neymar who is always surrounded by 3-4 Chilean players when he gets the ball.

Its defense gave in to the 10th or 11th Holland corners and let Sneider to pump in a stunner, unstoppable, good strike technically perfect, to equalize the match. Then you know it, when Robben dribble into the penalty box, don't touch or try to touch him, he is always inviting that from defense players, as a result, it was a penalty heavily paid by Mexico. The dutch penalty kicker was a man of steel, good kick to score the penalty and win the game. IMO, Mexico manager needs to share the blame as he tactically change his team to defensive after scoring the first goal with more than 20 minutes left of the game. Then let the Netherlands attack upon attack. Sad day for the 120 millions of Mexicans watching the loss again, in the last 6 world cup they were still unable to go forward to round of 8, better luck for them in 2018. Sneider goal was a well struck powerful one Ochao was left completely stun... the penalty was also blast in the same spot of the first goal... rather sad day for Mexico just hope that they will drawn into a better group for next World cup.

Next will be Netherlands vs Costa Rica ... which i think Netherlands will just pull through...

my wish semi-finalist are: Germany vs Brazil and Costa Rica vs Argentina. As the odds are heavily against the European countries. Therefore, the final should be both South American countries: Brazil vs Argentina as the sports media all over the world have forcasted.
