Which GPS unit to buy for car?

Hi,

Owned a Garmin .... changed it.

Garmin don't show the time on the screen. You have to go look for it :nono:

Also, Garmin don't upgrade maps after a few years (have to get a new unit ... just like Uniden)

Tomtom are probably the one I would go for.

Do I have any idea ...... We sell all brands at work and I get to try them all.

Mine does show the time on the screen... you mean the time when you'll reach your destination or the current time?
What do you mean by them not upgrading maps after a few years? You mean they don't do it for older models?

I heard that Garmin or Holux brand would be better.
Don't know why, have not tried GPS yet.
