You can try National Tailor (along Balestier Road, nearer Thomson Junction)

Try talking to the bridal shops as well. Rather than leaving them on the shelves in the shop, they may be willing to rent it at a reasonable rate. Not sure though, guess will have to depend on your negotiation skills.
