If you can prove that he intentionally did it, then yes you can. Either under causing hurt (if hurt was caused) or criminal force (if no hurt was caused, but fear or annoyance caused).

But if i kena shoved by a photographer at an event meant for the public,can i report him for assault?

icic...but what about those in wheelchair?

what about the young children,old folks,etc,etc,etc.
if there's a solution for all these probs,i'm sure it would have alreadly been pointed out by now.
