since the trend is about NS. now how about 2.4km timing?

honest answers ok? during NS or Reservist also can :)

mine. NS -- 9min 08 sec
Now -- 12mins or more. :bsmilie:

12 years ago, best timing 9 min 35s when I was in sec 4. Best timing NS 9 min 45s. Last year 11min 30s reservice. Sigh....still don't realise its the nicotine effect causing the decline....but I can hold my breath 3mins!

9min 48sec during BMT IPPT (1995)
The last official timing was 11min 1sec for my Reservist IPPT (2002). Hoping to improve on that by aiming for 10min 30sec in my next IPPT.

bmt i think 9min 50s....
sispec 9min 40s
ocs 10min 10s
unit 10min 30s
last year ippt.....11min 30.......

sec 4 - 8min 40sec

recruit life - 11min 15sec

present time - cannot even pass

regards

just ran in Maju yesterday....14.23 min. Last week tried treadmill test, if anyone wants to run safra gym, u need practise first. There is 2 degree incline on the treadmill, changing speed not easy.
