What kinda lenses you will use for a full frame camera?

Hi, D700 combined iwth Sigma 12-24mm gives 122 degrees wide print on Super 8R

For me, 24-105L + Tokina 10-17 fish eye + 100 macro. I will carry in 50 f1.4 if I will be shooting in low light environment. I seldom carry my 70-200 f2.8 (too heavy and bulky!)

sigma 12-24 is great :)
was using 16-35L before, change to 12-24 because of the 16-35 barrel distortion, and never regret since then...
and 12mm WA effect is just overwhelming :) now i'm 12mm addict.. >_<

ah ya, i'm travelling with 12-24 and 24-105 right now... good combo...
but i miss my 85 and 135 >_<

Do yo mean that the Sigma 12-24 does not have any barrel distortion?

it still have, but it much better than 16-35 / 17-40...
16-35 you can really see the straight line become curve on the edge of the frame...
12-24 is better...

12-24 have much improved barrel distortion control as compared to 17-40 and 16-35.

Anyway i shot this today afternoon at 12mm on my 5D. Love the blue sky!

Apologies for the dust spot cos i shot it at f/16.

If 1 lens: 35L
If 2 lens: 35L 85L
If 3 lens: TSE24L, 35L, 85L

Or today, just the TSE24L.

Depending on what I intend to be photographing;
For a while it was usually 35L + 70-200L, but since getting 85L, the 70-200L didn't get as much use so lent it to my friend for a few months already :D haha

Its so negligible, unless you're really shooting long, straight lines, its almost impossible to see it in normal shooting scenarios.

But its a fun, but somewhat tricky lens to use if you don't want to alter the 'perspective' too much in scenes with large variances of DOF for subjects in view.

And yes, its almost one of my most used lens.

18-200? i thought that lens is a EF-S

We are talking about EF for full frames!!

of course i know that is an EFS lens. what i mean is i don't believe in all rounder for FF. if TS wants an all rounder yet light. shld have just buy a crop body with a 18200 efs. that is real light and so call all rounder. else that is hardly any all rounder. even the ef 28-300L is not wide enough in my opinion.
