Usually is specialist loh! I got one call Dr Henry Loh Teck Hiong at 290 Orchard Rd #15-05/06 Paragon S(238859) Tel:63338108/65358833 He nt bad. He is a dermatologist. But I dunno how he charge. Might be expensive. I visit him when he is at National Skin Centre nw he got his own clinic liao.
