Wedding Photo Delivery

Hi

I just completed a paid AD wedding shoot for a client

Have some questions before I print and give the final product to the client

1) What would be a good 4R slot in album to give client? Some ppl recommend me to give albums with white background with printed lines for couple to write notes on each photo

2) Would giving additional photos enhance the goodwill?

3) How could I enhance the photo CD?

4) Any other tips for delivering the final product when meeting the client? Like to wrap the project up on a nice note
