but somehow i find the shots out of focus.
maybe you should focus on the SEIKO instead of elsewhere (just my opinion)

you could try using focus stacking for such shots. Basically it'll be you taking several shots but at different focusses than merging them in photo shop and slowly erasing the unfocussed parts out.
