my friend has this ques that he would like me to ask you people.

-passionate couple drove to top floor mscp to make out.
-enthusiastic photog took pics of them with a long lens.

ques:
who is punishable in the eyes of law?

the photog who took pics of them?or the couple who make out in the car?

what if the pics he took only shows them in compromising positions without exposing privates?

kopi on me.

no kopi no talk...

if no proof of indecent exposure, then both won't be punishable.

If the pictures are proof, then the couple will be charged, not the photog.

That is the precedent so far, it might take a brave judge to pass a different verdict on new circumstances.

u kena shot or u shot someone? :p

Couple at fault for indecent exposure in public. Photog not at fault because got no such thing as privacy laws. Unless published i guess.

what did he take the photos for? as evidence when he reports it to the police?

there is no privacy law if u are making out in a public area. unless the couple did the necessary to ensure privacy and the photog went out of his way to take the photos.

Well, I guess the photog should be ok, unless he/she is peeping into people's private property. In public, well, that couple is in for it...

but for those upskirt shots, what law is it against it, does it apply in this case?

remember there was this case where someone in singapore kenna sentenced for indecent exposure INSIDE HIS OWN HOUSE. Did I remember correctly? I think some voyuer auntie don't like what she saw outside her window.....

scenario is this.

car drives to top of mscp.
photog from flat saw them making out.
photog grabs a dslr with a powerful long lens.
photogs fires.

a)what if photog really captures private parts in the picture?

b)what if photog capture only the compromising position of the couple but NO private parts shown?

so if he submits the pics,
the couple will be charged and yet the photog goes away scott free?
:dunno:

PS: diOnysus, even if i want to make out, it will have a to be a posh hotel.i'm not that cheapo to do it in cp.:sticktong:p:bsmilie:

taking a photo through a window to a living room is not wrong
taking a photo through a window to the bathroom is wrong

if you run around your own private property in the nude without drawing the curtains
you are at fault

does that mean if i take a torch and go shine into the cars parked at east coast love carpark, i wont be punishable by law?:dunno:

you may be punishable by a fist.

imagine the power of D3 with a long lens...

guy hits woman?:dunno:

who is the real loser?:bsmilie:
That is unless you managed to catch him/her until the authorities arrived.

The one throwing the fist looses, but I don't see you winning either.
