Arrive Colombo airport 155am, transfer to Colombo. Check on and rest. After lunch, city around around Colombo.
30th Sep - Day 2 / Negombo / Sigiriya
Leave for Sigiriya En-route visit Negombo fishing village. Visit Negombo town, largely Roman Catholic By noon, visit Sigiriya .The town is famous for its Rock, Gardens and Sanctuary, UNESCO a world heritage site
1st Oct - Day 3 / Polonnaruwa / Anuradapura
Drive to Polonnaruwa, town with many well preserved ruins of palace and monasteries . by noon, leave for Anuradhapura & visit the ruins of the first capital founded in the 05th century BC
2nd Oct - Day 4 / Dambulla / Kandy
Visit Dambulla for its famous cave complex dates back to 3rd and 2nd centuries BC. Stop by a spice garden & batik factory in Matale. Evening arrive at hotel in Kandy, the center of the traditional arts in Sri Lanka visit the temple of the sacred tooth relic of Buddha.
3rd Oct - Day 5 / Pinnawela / Kandy
Visit the elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela, and elephant ride. By noon, visit the city of Kandy. Evening, watch Kandyan cultural performance
4th Oct - Day 6 Nuwaraeliya
Travel to Nuwaraeliya (highland alike Cameron highland) En-route visit a tea plantation. Enjoy the day in the cool weather. Or trekking at the tea plantation.
5th Oct - Day 7 / Buduruwagala / Yara National Park
Visit Buduruwagala , the rock with the statue of Buddha. Arrive Yala nationa park by noon. Check in hotel and safari drive. Chance to see wild animal game drive.
