erm...on the contrary, its won't be cold that affects, but the "burning sensation" of at least >40% alcohol (depending on the brand). in any case, alcohol does in fact kill bacteria. HOWEVER, your healthy cells do suffer similar fate too
so well...you can say, its a broad spectrum cell killer!
