they replied me in 3 days, so not too bad. Allen Ng was the guy who replied to me, think they're busy with some online website @ http://www.camera.com.sg but its not up yet.

I believe they are reliable. My friend got cp 2500 from them at $460 nett and we have check prices around. I got A40 at $420 nett too.
