I think quite expected. It was rumoured to be called D400 but maybe they decide to just make a small update with a new sensor. Probably the current 16mp or upcoming 18/24mp shared by A77.

If it's true that D400 will share the same sensor with the upcoming Sony A77 then ... :devil:

So Nikon is still using Sony sensor, same case with D7000 share sensor with Sony A55.
