This guy is a temple guardian.
Actually he is a very sick old man, and is given a small allowance just to sit at the "temple" all day, probably as a charitable act by those who set up this altar in a housing board flat.
He does not live there. He is brought there every morning, and at the end of the day, he hobbles out very slowly, and a taxi driver comes to pick him up and sends him home. Probably for free. I think someone also brings him food at lunchtime.
For obvious reasons, I chose to keep this in colour rather than change it to B&W.
As you can see, the bokeh of the 20mm Sigma sucks.
