yup that just human nature, while others feel envy, i feel like not gifted at all, but u did told me, everyone excels in certain areas of photography, i also sour grape see Manita pics, but heck to be up early going for recce for outings, show her dedication to the hobby... i respect her more than i envy her, time for me to chase and raise my own standards up...

but the d3s d3x fellow, think he go high end body first than pro lenses later....

Anyway, ya if come to videography and continuous lighting, none of us can even smell your fart. Different focus bro, we focused on different things. This is how wonderful outings and gatherings are, we get perspective from everyone. You cannot imagine how much I learn and picked up from you from our conversations... invaluable bro. I also respect you.

Bro, we all got that feeling from time to time. Envy is part of human nature. At times I also shoot out insensitive remarks... and I admit I am sour grapes during those times.. :bsmilie:

BTW, just saw a dude... his signature equipment list damn power... D3s D3x followed by 18-55, 55-200 and 50/1.8. This type I also don't know how to envy?

I was digging old photos for my photo montage.... take 5 five...

I got my manfrotto setup 2nd hand at a good deal. And I have to say, it is money well spent...

That horizontal center column has saved me so many times.

Great... Eugene is another convert too.

It is not really overkill, getting horizontal and verticals correct has become as breeze... pano is also a breeze, I just need to count rotation and was able to shoot in a faster pace at sunrises when the light changes quickly.

It is a pns canon A700. I was very happy with it as I was taking better photo than some peeps with DSLR till I went for a few photo shoots with my friends who know how to use a DSLR.
